Can go for data cable.
If your mobile has bluetooth then you can connect your PC to mobile by installing a bluetooth dongle.
Also, if your mobile has Infrared you can also install a infrared port in your PC and interconnect your mobile and your PC.
I think connecting via data cable or bluetooth would be best.Atleast by bluetooth you can connect with any mobile having bluetooth.
