Unlocking a Relience india mobile?

Well I bought Nokia 2280 one year back for around 6.5K

The cell is of no use and is lying here and there back home.

I dont wanna sell it though since the price I get isnt just applicable.

I would like to unlock it and use TATA Indicom card in it instead.

So if that possible?

I am in Delhi so...can someone tell me any shop or a particular market?

As far as I know, it's known as cloning and is illegal. Hence the thread is being locked.
