Software for managing LG RD 2030 via data cable

Can anybody direct me to get the software for :

ringtone transfer & send sms from PC via serial/usb data cable for Reliance mobile (LG RD2030). I have the driver for the data cables. I need the phone management software.

there is PC Sync software .. http://www.lgmobiles.com/LGDesktop.exe on LG site

LGdesktop.exe doesn't help much except synchronizig ph nos.
It doesn't have features like ringrone transfer, send sms from PC.
Any other utility pls ...
