PC-to-Phone?

Guyz, just as we can make PC to PC calls for free (using skype, yahoo messenger, etc.) are there any such softwares by which i can make PC-to-Phone calls for free?

I know some softwares like VoipStunt, VoipBuster but they support only the popular destinations (UK, US, etc.) Can we make PC-to-Phone calls in INDIA?

I mean call call BSNL/MTNL Landlines through our PC for FREE...

Using VoIP to call within India is illegal as per Indian laws afaik...

i mean is it really illegal to use VOIP to call other phones/mobiles in india? coz i've never heard/read about this!

yes it is illegal to terminate any VOIP calls orignating from india to PSTN in india as per TRAI even to terminate VOIP calls orignating from outside india to PSTN in india you need and OSP licence
