Ringtone cutters??

Hi guys anyones got ant software which could cut MP3s very easily to set it as ringtones. I want to set the ringtones from the 30th or 40th second of those mp3s. which is the best free/evaluation software available for da purpose?

Use any audio editing software. I use Goldwave, which is gr8. Its a small download, try it and see!
