Drive is write protected

Hi All,
I purchesd a 33 in 1 card reader and after plugging to my comp usb port XP detected and installed drivers automatically and in minutes I was able to transfer all my data from card to my PC but it gave an error Unable to complete operation drive is write protected when I tried to copy data from PC to card, I checked with more 2 cards but the same error. I formatted card using my phone but no use I checked for password protection but nothing such is unable and I am able to detete data using my phone and bluetooth. I tried to install the drivers came with card reader but windows says that drivers installed on system is newer then the one I m trying to install. Any one can help me please......

I dont think Card Readers can write...

I said that coz mine doesnt.. , its an old one and is specified that it doesnt write, jus read... a 9 in 1...

Its mentioned on the case card reader and writer so it supports that but dont know what is wrong any way I lost that yesterday was my office annul party and before going there I visited the shop from where I purchased it n took it with me at party n got lost don know where so guys thanks for your support.
