Nokia 6600 - Error while installing oxford dict.plz plz help

I am having Nokia 6600. Whenever i try to install OxfordEnglish.sis - i.e. Oxford Dictionery on my phone it gives me error messege that - "MSDict Viewer is required". What does it mean? Where I can find this MSDict Viewer??

Plz Friends help me out.

If you got it somewhere on the net try to find the MSDict Viewer in the same place. Or else try here symbainware.
