It isn't possible to send pics or ringtones thru sms. If you have MMS enabled it is possible to receive them thru MMS or u can download these thru GPRS, but thru GPRS they will cost you a lot about INR 10 to 15. Also, you can download thru some websites on ur PC and upload it to cell phone using Infrared you were going to buy.
Pics you can get anywhere on the net. For, ringtones you need polyphonic ringtones, you can check this out. e-mobilez.com
