I guess you are talking about Nokia PC suite for nokia 6600. You can find it here http://www.nokia-asia.com/nokia/0,8764,78344,00.html. To connect your cell to the PC you need either data cable, infrared or bluetooth. I would not recommend infrared as it won't give a stable connection and it is too slow, can take upto an hour to transfer a mp3. I think bluetooth is the best and cheapest way. Cos even if you change to different phone u won't need to change it whereas you might just need to change the data cable.
