Default CANT BACKUP TO PC FROM MY NOKIA 6600 : PLS HELP

hi !

i am able to send and receive single files from my pc (winxp/sp2)
to my nokia 6600. but i am unable to backup my contacts or my
fotos/clips together in one operation. how do i do it ? my fons
name is 'Nokia 6600'.

i have installed the nokia6600 pc suite which came with my celfon
and the bluetooth dongle too, along with their respective softwares.
as mentioned, ven i rtclick on a file on my pc, i can thru :
send to >bluetooth file transfer wizard, send/receive a file.

but in 'my blooth places/bluetooth configuration', when i click,
it says 'no blueooth devices found' !

so in control panel itself, ven i clicked on bluetooth devices,
in 'phone and modems' it shows my fon 'nokia 6600'.

ven i start the nokia pc suite, rt click on its logo in the
system tray > connect to bluetooth device, it detects my celfon,
and states already connected. so ven i click on ok, after sometime
i get the message "failed to connect to nokia 6600 - a socket operation
failed because the destination host was down".

also ven i click 'nokia connection manager', and rt-click
on its logo in the pc system tray, i open connection manager.
a window opens and here it says no fon connected.
so ven i click on the 'bluetooth connection' logo,
i get the msg "media type not supported. check your systems for
media settings".

so what seems 2 b the problem ?
perhaps some required services of my winxp is disabled !?
what shud i check up ? what shud i do ?

Firstly, do you have the latest drivers for the bluetooth cos in my case I had problems with PC suite cos of outdated drivers. So, updated drivers will help. And the latest PC suite too if you can download it from nokia site. I too had a same problem with PC suite for 6600 but PC suite for my sister's 3230 worked fine but only after updating the drivers. Never tried PC suite for 6600 after that.
