How do I access WAP sites from the PC?

I want to download apps/games/ringtones from the net but a lot of them are available only on wap sites. I dont have wap / gprs activated on my phone. Is there anyway to access the wap sites on the PC itself so I can download from the sites onto my pc and then upload it to my phone?
