Default Can I test Apps for my 6600 on my PC b4 installing on phone?

Is there a Nokia 6600 emulator available for the PC so that I can test my apps and games before I download them on the phone. I installed the Series 60 Symbian SDK available on the nokia website which can be used as an emulator but I cannot get it to work. It doesn't seem to find the correct version of Java on my PC. Can anybody tell me how to get it to work or are there any other emulators that I can use?

No,you cant unless you have the source in which case you can recompile
the source and build windows emulator specific binaries and run them
on the emulator.

Are you planning to code your own apps and games?
Or do you want to just see existing applications?
If its the second case then you cannot get the source of commercial applications.
