Default Connecting nokia 6610 through dku2 cable


i have a dku2 cable came with nokia 7600
can i use this cable to connect nokia 6610 also
if yes then how should i will be able to do this

u have to use a DKU 5 cable for nokia 6610 but best is get an infra red device for nokia 6610.

6610 works with dku-5, infrared sucks in 6610, you cant do anything with it.

i'm using my N6610 with IrDA. its working nicely.... i'm able to stay in connected near abt 5 hr, cuz i'm using GPRS for surfing.

DKU-2 is not supported in N6610 most prb'ly. try with Prolific USB driver with DKU-2 cable driver. m not too sure. u can use MA 9.0 InDA suite.

prolific usb driver is used for DKU-5 cable... you can't connect with only DKU-5 driver, you need that prolific usb drive, don't worry it comes with DKU-5 itself. this is for Nokia PC suite users... who likes to do surfing conneting from PC suite. 6610 cable modem driver requires it.

you will find MA 9.0 IrDA suite with any PC retailer shop. its a IrDA cable support for Nokia/Samsung/sonyEric/Siemens/Panasonic/Sharp/LG... for details ..... www.mobileaction.com
