Upgrade from 3230

I want to upgrade my mobile, currently Iam using Nokia 3230. So please suggest me a 3G mobile with symbian & stereo output with the maximum price tag of Rs. 18K.

Dear Friend,if U r a nokia fan go for N6630,
if u like SE then try SE K750i,
if U like Symbian os get Panasonic X700 or X800,
if u don't mind Windows mobile try O2 Xphone II,Krome IQ200 or IQ700,
All phones are around 18K.If U r still planning for bsnl's 3G in Jan'06 or Hutch's 3G probably in Apr'06,U have only 6630/6680/N70/N90/3250/N91.
For 13.5K N6630 is a steal,no doubt(I'm a unlucky guy got it for 27.5K in Nov1st 2004)

You arent the only one ... I got the it for 25.2K

Dont call your self unlucky .. Its a gr8 phone ..

Yes Mr.Mobile Greek,U R right,6630 is a gr8 phone,no doubt.But I've upgraded to N90 since 7 wks.Now,I have N90,SE W800i and 7710,each r great in different ways:
N90: Probabaly the Best Camcoder,no phone can come near it, in addition to usual symbian advantage,
W800i: Classic Music player(Excellant equalizer) with an advantage of self start of playing song as soon as the call is over(This facility is NOT there even in highest grade available nokia phones.)
N7710: Extraordinary performance with real net browsing experience with built in flash,stereo mp3,FM,1MP camcoder,
In addition I have few LG and Samsung mobiles(B2000,X430,N3330,6610i and my favourite 5110i)

got a good stock of phone there.

Myself having Nokia 6630(currently using). Earlier had 3530 before that 5110.

Iam thinking about 6630 because I want the future proof 3G phone. Is Nokia 6630 has any software issues? Iam already having many problems with my Nokia 3230, So I dont want to do the same mistake again!

I had problem of restarting with n6630(v3.45) with my bluetooth headsets(HDW-3,HS-11W and Jabra BT250v).I think,now v5.01 is available which may not have such problems.(I've sold my 6630 recently)

I forgot to add,all of my bluetooth headsets work without any problem with my N90,SE w800i and 7710

But dhan_shh is saying that he his facing some issues. Plz clr this coz I already having an pathetic problem of restarting in my 3230 and I dont want do the mistake again. Should I go for it or any other mobile?

6630 is the best buy 14k now

go for it and u will not repent

K750i only if u want a super cam.( i have a separate digicam for shooting high quality pics)

k750i is about 18k

Dear Friend,still I rank 6630 is the best mobile value for the money we pay.Restarting must be a FW issue which should be alright with latest FW,v5.01.U can check with ur dealer for the latest update.
If U can get a 'Finland' piece from some of ur friend or relative from abroad,it will be nice.
My piece may be faulty so that I've encountered some problems,that too only during connection with BT headset,otherwise everything is Fine.

I have heard that a 6630 package also contains macro lens attachment, belt clip, data cable! Is that right?

Is 1.8 volts cards which is used in 6630 is easily available for future upgrades?

No I don't want the supercam coz I already have a Sony Digicam and Handycam for that super quality shots. I only want the 3G + Edge + Battery Life and stable firmware.

this facility is available even in SE K700i!
