resesting(blasting) mobile setting to blast lock

i have found and noticed that when the mobile phone being used in foreign countries ,used there..
when brought to some countries and registered or taken local sims dont works
ie does not show network

i have seen some so called specialist using some software and sucessfully resetting all the things(in thier words blasting password or lock)

actually what is the matter and which software is used..
i saw some XNDC or some thing else
can't we do it in our home...

any downloads of such kind of software...

actually why doesn't it shoe network first...?

Hmm .. I guess you are talking about locked phones .. You can unlock the phones to use other sims with unlockers .. How to do it depends on what handset you have .. NokiaFREE have unlockers for most of the handsets available ..

any way the different site i visited charge dollars which is not pratical in our context
so is there any software locally available that we can buy

and does that site you gave only works for nokia phone

i have notice some body using software which works for all

are there any good documentation for unlocking and any free software or service

Which handset is it ..? NokiaFree have a free tool for download which support many companies other than Nokia ..

search a p2p or maybe torrent they will give u some sofwtare... also please see if that is legal.....

also i dont think that they permit u to unlock a phone... this thing itself is illegal
