ALso , you can look at Nokia Lumia 510 , which comes under 10k budget and has 5Mpixel cam with W7.
Huawei-ascend-g300 can be a good option considering 4' Display and 5MP camera.
Lenevo P700i can be a very good choice , but comes at around 12k. Has 720p recording as well with a 4' IPS screen and 2600mah Battery.

Tipo is a good phone but Lenovo is far better in terms of features and hardware. Plus it gives a HD recording.
SHould be priced somehwere around 11.5k-12.5k .

Poor camera. Under 10k, take Huawei G300. Above 10k, it is either P700i from Lenovo or Xperia U at 14k.

Huawei have came a long way now and can be trusted. At least they make their own mobiles rather than Micromax/Karbonn who simply rebrand chinese mobiles. My friend got the G300 and initial feedback is positive.
