Default saving SMS on SIM


is there any way , sms and ringtones can be saved on to the sim card ?? i hav an old sim card and wuld like to store old sms and ringtones on it .

afaik you can store tones in a sim on a nokia 1100/8 only. sms can be saved on it in a regular way tho.

how do u do that on a a nokia 1100 ? dont ringtones get saved in internal memory ?? and how can ringtones be saved onto a sim

they can be stored as messages. btw, i found out that i can store them in my cellphone (SE K700i). they are stored as plain text messages. but unless you store in proper places (like sounds folder in my phone) no manupulation can be done (like editin or forwarding).

welll messages can be stored on a sim ---

Se T310 and Se T630 -- just say options > save to sim
Nokia phones -- though there is option to view SIM messges i dunno how to store into em .
