can sum1 suggest how to track the da exact locations of mobile phones. if possible also giive any/some softwares to help & the process how to do it?

Not possible unless you have access to the towers which you wont. It will be in the control of the service providers. There is a detailed article in this months CHIP on mobile phone and how one can be located by triangulation within 1 feet of where you are.

Yes these things are handled by mobile operators through GPS(Global Postining System) and u can't do through any software or so.

The above sites only enable you to find mobile phones which you have registered. It cannot locate mobile phones in general. And all of them are a paid service.
