Whats 3G and 4G?

Hey guys ne 1 knowing wats a 3G and wats a 4G?

3G and 4G are future wireless technologies.
Currently in India the GSM operaters use 2.5G technology which provides platform for data services such as GPRS.
In near future we will se 3G tech. in India.
Testing is already in process and goverment is kneen on bringing this tech to India.
It will enable to use Data services such as Video Calling and other multimedia rich applications.

3G cellphones are widely available (the Nokia 6630 is one such phone) and places like Japan and the UK already have good 3G networks in place. The Japanese are already testing out 4G which should be implemented in 3-4 years.

i'm running another thread also in this section where i 've asked fro sum features in a mob. if u have time plz visit dat n tel me if 6630 supports those things or not.
