For the list, Optimus Net.. considering Samsung Young is Galaxy Y, then the Samsung one.
But Defy mini is coming soon at around 8.5K... according to some site.. i forgot. That should be better than ones in this list. It will have ARM Cortex-A5 proc at 600MHz and Adreno 200 GPU.. so should handle flash in browser(not sure.. but its a modded version of Armv7, so may be it will). I dont think any of these in the list can handle flash.
For now, agree with AndroidFan, with priced around 10K, Explorer is far better than these.
