I see music is on top priority, so couldnt help post this. I myself am sort of an audiophile - focus on music on cam. I have a LG O2X. Its pretty amazing when connected to a good headphone...hell, its crystal clear when I connect it to my Edifier S530.

VFM-wise I think LG Optimus 2x with Tegra 2 is the best buy at 23k. Cheapest dual core phone.
Otherwise if money no bar, has to be Galaxy Nexus or Galaxy Note.

yup, if you are into Flashing and stuff, LG Optimus 2X is your best bet. Stock firmware sucks though.

It was SGS II the best phone, but not anymore, time for the new leaders, Note and Droid RAZR.
