dual SIM (GSM+GSM) phone for 4-6k

Hi i am in trouble to choose a right phone for my father....
i am looking a god mobile phone which has these require feature's...

1) It should be a DUAL SIM mobile phone (GSM+GSM)
2) A keypad... ( my dad is not comfortable with touch phones)
3) A good user friendly OS which support 3rd party apps installation Like call recorder & SBI Freedom.


i already saw many models of mobile online...but can't find right model.
Some nokia's dual sim models (Nokia C2-06,Nokia C2-03) has touch screen which is bad for me..

please suggest me a god mobile...
my budget is... 4000 ~ 6000

U can have a look at Motorola Gleam EX212,Though I haven't got my hands on it but it seems to be nice phone

u can also try samsung metro duos as it a good handset with all the multimedia features..!!
