Nexus S on ebay

Is it safe to buy the Nexus S on ebay from either of these international sellers?

Google Nexus S Android 2.3 Sim Free / Unlocked phone | eBay
Samsung Google Nexus S Android 2.3 Phone By Fedex | eBay

I have had a good experience buying on ebay.in but am in doubts about international sellers. I'm assuming they won't have valid warranty in India?

And is there any store in India that sells NS at a reasonable price (say 20k, which was the norm before flipkart/letsbuy etc all ran out of stock)?

Thanks for the link, just what I was looking for. I live in Bangalore, so I guess I can buy it directly from a MobileStore outlet.

But make sure they have the stock. Because we may not be able to trust the website as they don't update it frequently.

They do have the stock, but the prices are very high, around 24k.

Called up a MobileStore in Bangalore, and they said that stock is out and model is discontinued, and that the site was not updated. Checked the next day and saw the site updated.

Settled for a Defy now, will upgrade to a Galaxy Nexus or something a year later.
