Opinions on Nokia C2-01

I want to buy a mobile for my mom and my budget is around 3.5K.

I checked quite a few sites and feel Nokia C2-01 fits my requirements. Is there any other mobiles with similar features and price that I must look at before buying. I only prefer Nokia, Samsung or LG.
