Android Calling problem in Uninor Network

I am using a Dell XCD35 (ZTE Blade) on Cyanogenmod 7.1 (Android 2.3.7) and is having a Uninor connection.
The problem is that whenever I am trying make a call the stupid discount plan alert from Uninor just pops up and this minimises my call which is really annoying.



I consulted with the retards at Uninor CC and they told me that it is impossible to turn off that alert.
Is there any option in Android to turn it off ?

Did you try other mobile devices?

Try disabling the setting - receive push messages from operator in message settting if its there.

Or try GO Contact app from market
