Default How to give mobile network complaint effectively and get it solved

This topic is about how to solve mobile network grievances in effectively for various operators.

We encounter many problems like VAS activations, GPRS issues, network issues , Billing issue.etc.First get to know about the technology.

Initial complaint
------------------
First start with any customer care.Usually most of them don't understand our problem many times.

Tip1-Explain your problem. If he says its not possible or technical problem or info not available then
Ask the customer representative to transfer call to superior and talk clearly about problem.

Speak strongly if needed. This will mostly solve the problem.

Tip2-Use email
Now don't call to customer care.Mail to the ids of customer care in site. They will contact you.

Tip3.-Keep following up
Keep following up the complaint in the grievance matrix.

For example

Day 1- Complaint to customer care mail id...if prob doesn't solve then..
Day3 - Ask them to update status of complaint adding Nodal officer in loop(CC)...if prob doesn't solve then..
Day5 - Forward it to nodal officer...with appellate in cc....if prob doesn't solve then..
Day7-Forward to appellate with nodal in cc....so on till its solved

This is a powerful way to resolution in quicker time.Have patience.

Using Escalation- Mail/Contact Nodal ,Appellate authority
------------------------------------------------------

Thats just too long procedure. Talk to cc once, or supervisor. If still unresolved, tweet/write on facebook about your concern/issues.

Most of the telecom care can be found on twitter/facebook and u will get direct calls rather thn following like steps.

If still unresolved, port out.

Ya but i feel thats risky and unsafe in terms of privacy... recently similar thing happened in mumbai...a customer posted his prob n irresponsiveness of cc on their page...vf sent legal notice to him for defamation ... but port out is good option
