If you have to use it for gaming, better get LG Optimus One(10k) for Galaxy Ace(13k).

Both dont have secondary cam, but have better screen resolution.. I cannot find any android phone with secondary cam in that budget...

Wildfire S is a good phone but it doesn't have a front facing camera.
You can have a look at HTC salsa which has a font facing camera but it exceeds ur budget a lil bit.

delete The First on ....And if I Use it for Gaming Then???? And I Also herd That Galaxy Y Is Coming which has 823mhz processor should I Wait....Any Other For Gaming...Of The level of iPhone 4

Or if u can exceed ur budget a lil bit then go for HTC Desire for 15.5k but it doesn't have a front camera and also its battery back up is not that good.but spec wise it doesn't have any other competitor in that price bracket

No phone can compete with iPhone in terms of gaming...

I have used Galaxy Ace and its pretty good..

HTC Desire and Salsa are good too, but they are out of your budget..
