Few Queries About Motorola Atrix

Hey guys, I'm considering Motorola Atrix this Diwali

So, I have few queries regarding the phone and buying process.

1. I have heard that Video Calling is not supported in Android except Gingerbread. Is that so??

I'm not talking about Skype or something else, I'm talking about Video Calling over Network just like Voice Calls.

2. I never imported anything like this. Do you think buying from ebay.com and importing it through Aramex / ICCWorld would be safe??

A normal search in ebay.com reveals good sellers, but still if you guys have already bought, can suggest some specific seller.

If yA guy from kolkata is selling unlocked atrix in ebay.in.
Give him a call and make a deal outside ebay,should get it at 21k.
He stays near southern avenue.

Are you talking about the video call over 3g?
Yes,I think it is possible..atleast I did it with galaxy tab on froyo..and now on gs2 without any issue.
