Blackberry curve 8320 gprs doubt

I have heard that Some BBs (8520 and some other models) are able to access the internet from their service provider and according to their tariff.Like one of my frnd is using 8520,uses Vodafone gprs pack of Rs5 per day,another guy is using 8310 and uses normal gprs rather than BB Internet.How can I do the same with my Curve 8320?Please help.
And,which is the latest 8320 OS available to update?

Thanks a lot man!Its working!but the problem is that its default browser wont work.So I have to use Opera mini to download themes and all from sites like themes4bb,when i select to save the .jad file,it brings up the default browser and says failed to connect ...
how can i download em without default browser?
