My father is going to use this phone, and this needs to be dual sim. Battery life should be excellent and better if mic and speakers be really great..

Also suggest a non-android phone(single sim) with best possible battery life under same budget and for same usage

LG Optimus One P500.. the best one within budget not dual sim though

If u wanna go for qwerty then u may go for motorola fire... but spec isn't good enough

There aren't too many dual sim android phones out there...Motorola Milestone XT800 and Spice Mi-270 are maybe the only two choices...

Despite your dislike towards Spice, only the Spice seems to have the dual sim droid phone under your budget!
