Incresing quality of mobile video

I have nokia 6600 wich i use to record video but when i transfer them to my PC there quality is very low . Is there any software which i can use to increse there quality and resolution.

no dude the initail quality is the main point

but if you want then u cold use virtual dub and then use the bit correction technique or trilinear filtering

it wil work
