If you can increase your budget to 1.5k, you can get Nokia X1-01 which supports 16gb memory/FM radio and loud music. Message capacity would be 500 though but its VFM.

+1 for X1-01. I bought one just a few days ago for some extra sims lying around, and the sound is really loud and clear, both on speakers, and when plugging in earphones. Totally VFM.

you should increase your budget a bit....you should consider the MicroMax X111 for 1200/-
it also has 32gb extendable memory
