Hey all, my cousin recently bought a sony ericsson xperia mini pro sk 17 from univercell chennai 3 weeks ago..
This phone had the static noise problem when video was recorded in hd and also during a call..
So what should we do in order to solve this problem...can the sony service center solve this problem??
Or will they replace the phone? Please guide me

Go to the service center and let them figure it out... It seems like a defect in the phone...

Gave the mini pro to the service center and expecting a replacement
But can I claim a refund if the problem occurs in the replacement set too??

Asking as my cousin has decided to go for the Arc

Guys any idea on what the SE service center will do??

Will they replace it seeing as the cellphone is not even 30 days old??

Just got the XMP replaced with a new one...the static noise on this one is far less than on the old one (Practically u have to strain urself to hear it)
