Nokia X1-01. It is around 1800. speaker is very loud & battery life is good only downside is no camera...

i have tried and tested Samsung E2152.. it wud be lil high on your budget.. but i can say.. its really worth.. battery backup is awesome, dual sim, screen is good 256K (all other have merely 65K), loud ringtones, bluetooth, MP3 player.. overall nice phone..
