2) Is the Indian Version of the Nexus S(Super LCD) having the same ROMs as the AMOLED one or are they different?

2. it comes with S-LCD, probably has the same ROM
3. depends on what you want the phone for.

get it if priority is multimedia. If you browse internet a lot and read a lot and prefer large display, Defy is the best one in 15k.
