Does Motorola Quench XT3 have FM?

I'm eyeing this phone, but I'm not sure about the correct specification.

Some websites report it has FM others say not. Also the Android version is reported as 1.6 in some and 2.2 in others.

Does anyone know what Motorola Quench comes with?

(I know there are tons of threads and I have done my research, finally settling for LG p500. But then I read about dust issues. Motorola X3 looks good, but the FM could be the deal breaker)

Isn't LG Optimus One and Optimus One P500 the same thing?
Samsung Galaxy Pro is too large, and I don't need QWERTY.
No Nokias. Android only.

^^ yes its the same & dust problem is fixed on current models (manufactured after Dec 2010).
