Question regarding nokia 5130 firmware flashing

My mom has a nokia 5130 and its causing problems lately. Apps crash, msgs disappear, insufficient memory and all. I tried restoring to factory settings but the problem exists.

So Ive decided to flash the latest firmware on it. I searched online but I couldnt find a proper and precise tutorial. Ive download navifirm to get the firmware. but I dont know which firmware to download. Also should I use phoenix or jaf for the flashing(provide the link pls) Pls guide me. Thanks

Check Nokia's site for the latest firmware.

Update the device through Nokia Ovi Suite...it works

I flashed my 5233 yesterday using JAF & I was successful in 1 go. So you can try that. I dunno if we are allowed to suggest other forums or else I could have told ya where I got the tutorial. I'll PM ya.
