Need a mobile sofware

Guys i have a blackberry bold 9800 and a blackberry pearl 9105, i was wondering if ull kno a good pc suite (except blackberry destop sofware) where i can take backups and mainly review my inbox and delete messages from my pc instead of tediously deletiog it from my handset

for instance i tried using a software called mobiledit Lite but it wasnt recognizing my phone though i downloaded the necessary drivers.

Also i want a software that is free
