Post Mobile Phone Required (6k)

One of my friend wans to buy a new Mobile phone with the specified requirements..

Budget = 6k

Form Factor = Bar

Preferred choice of brand = Samsung, Nokia

Preferred input method = Touchscreen (Capacitive is preferred)

Camera Options = Basic cam with acceptable photo quality.

Primary use of handset = Texting, Media playback, Surfing

Specific mobile phones in consideration = Star II, Wave525

If required, he can stretch his budget to 7k.

Both are average. Maybe Wave is better...

and yeah... he may also go for a full qwerty keypad instead of touchscreen!
