I want to exchange nokia 5800 for c503.

Is it a good phone? Any negatives?

C5-03 is all in all a wholesome phone.

But it uses an older OS. IF you can stretch your budget a little c6-01 has symbian 3. More over you also get 8 MP cam and a host of other features.

An upgrade from Nokia 5800 XM to C5 03 will not make any sense. Itz kinda same style like 5800. Same Symbian s60v5. As above c6 will a nice choice.
Otherwise c5-03 is a cool phone.
