Acer or Compaq ? Pentium / Celeron or Sempron ? Lappy confusion !

( Another lappy thread ! lol ) Planning to buy a budget lappy ( Max 40K , wil be very happy if I get it less than 40 lol ). No gaming / movie . Programming , email , chat and all .

S/w planning to use

apache ,mysql,php and all those + 3 messengers + AV + Firewall + DW + Editors for programing ( Do I need 512 MB ? )

Planning to use gprs + mobile + bluetooth

I was searching for a lappy ( thanks to sunny,drdrudge,nemi,raven,sr-ultimate,adit,sourabh,infra-red-dude and all - I already disturbed them ) and I saw the reviews by sourabh and adit

So these are the ones I considered

Acer Aspire 3002NLC (33K) , HP Compaq Presario M2202TU (30K), Compaq Presario M2001AL (30K), Compaq Preasario M2015 AP(40K)

First one is sempron , second is celeron , third celeron and last P4 , last one has integrated bluetooth + wireless

Now my doubts - Acer wil give only less battery backups ? I heard P4 generate lot heat . Is it true ? Also heard Compaq's service / spares r very costly . True ?

btw dun go for a P4 if you are on the move!!! the drink up the battery juice like an alcohol addict!!!!

i think the Compaq Preasario M2015 AP is the best choice and future proof too! i'd haf recommended Acer Aspire 3002NLC, if it werent for ths sis760 graphics! that is the only sore point!
