Help me!Nokia 6100 content copier file to restore Nokia 6220

Hi mates I have a problem.
Earlier I was using a Nokia 6100 phone and had used to back up nos etc using Nokia PC Suite.Then later when I bought a 6220 I used the PC Suite to transfer the nos. etc to the 6220 via OUTLOOK.
Recently,I had given the 6220 for repirs and the ****ing repairer has completely erased the memory leaving me with no numbers.I wasn't really worried though thinking I had the backups.However there was a problem.I had formatter my PC and completely reinstalled the OS(XP Pro)and resultantly have lost all the OUTLOOK address books etc.All I have is the Nokia 6100 content copier file which Nokia PC Suite refuses to recognise for restoring to the NOKIA 6220.
My question is :is there any way i can get the phone nos. from the content copier file(other than viewing by notepad i.e)to OUTLOOK somehow and from there restore them to my Nokia 6220?
