Mobile for 13K

One of my Female friends wants to buy a new mobile . Help me choose one for her

1. Budget?
13K . She can not add more to it .

2. Display type and size?

3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?

4. Preferred choice of brand?
Nokia , Sony , Samsung

5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).

This is a priority for her . Flash yes , Auto focus No , Front facing camer = optional but good it is there.

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).

Nokia C6 , Sony X10 mini

She wont buy LG optimus one .

X10 mini is really small & C6 looks ugly. if seriously SE, then X10 mini pro. overpriced & outdated H/W but that the best choice. or Samsung Galaxy 551.

But the best suggestion is: Samsung Galaxy Pro. price is less than 13k. Touchscreen + QWERTY. & doesn't looks bad at all.
