Dual Sim Phone -5k

Hi Guys

can you suggest dual sim phone for a budget of 5k.

My requirements are
Should be able to run java applications.
Good Sound clarity.
Either touch screen or qwerty keypad.
Good battery backup.
3G.

PS : For my apps needs I will be using IPOD . The phone which I am planning to buy is strictly for receiving calls and running basic java apps.

any suggestions ?

I got myself samsung champ duos for 4.1K .

I am really pissed off by my spice dual sim mobile.Its UI is a torcher...
how is the UI of champ and chat

if its much better then these chineese tag ones I will get one next week...I am happy with Nokia S40 or SE UI...soo is it on par to them
