Hey guys my cousin needs a touch mobile around 7K...
Main preference is touch screen...

^That phone has Resistive touch-screen=Fail!
Samsung Monte is the best touchscreen under 8k.

My cousin is just asking for good touch screen phone, descent camera, music player, descent battery backup... She doesnt use much apps or games...

There are two types of touch-screens - Resistive and Capacitive.
Resistive is inferior to Capacitive ones.
Most Capacitive touch-screens respond to the slightest touch you make.
However for Resistive touch-screens you need to apply more amount of pressure on the screen.

^^^ battery backup of 525 is decent.
Let me make it simple for you - if you want both 3G and Wifi, go for Monte; if just WiFi, go for Wave 525…
PS - I think opera mini doesnt work on Wave 525 (or Bada), let any owner confirm this

opera mini works on bada, it has full qwerty keypad both in landscape and portrait mode. other java softwares also work like ngpay but you have to use virtual keypad for them (with all buttons 0-9 in two rows)

you, know if you can increase budget by 1k-1.5k, you can get LG Optimus One which is considered as the best droid inside 15k and is worth every penny. (only -ve being that it lacks LED flash)

Optimus and Optimus One are two different phones.

monte is really a good phone...if u could further increase ur budget then go for samsung galaxy fit,it will cost u 2k more than monte and it is worth it...
So i suggest u to make a decision among them only

^Samsung Fit has poor resolution for its screen size, which will ruin the whole experience really.
So it should either be Monte or Optimus one.
