BB 8520 is a very good handset in itself but if you could stretch your budget little bit 9300 is a better option.Although looks are almost similar the advantages are-
# more RAM
# BB OS 6.0(can be upgraded to 6.1 and further unofficially)
# 3G
# Wi-Fi n

9300 also has A-GPS and a chrome finishing, these are lacking in BB8520.

9300 pwns the 8520 at least because of 3G even if you don't look at the other things. 8520 costs 9-10k while 9300 costs 14-15k. However, because of 3G, I would say the 9300 will be worth it, especially if you want to use your phone for greater than 6-12 months
