Which is the cheapest Cell Phone for internet on computer?

Hi guys,
I want to know about the cheapest cell phone available for accessing the internet on mobile. Preferably the one which can be charged while browsing. I know it should have GPRS capability and also a modem but i need the cheapest one.
Actually i am using a mobile for calls but i want another only for internet. So i dont want to spend much money on that.
Plz Guys help me out....

i would say u must go for a nokia 3200.. its cheap and u also get all other features along with it ... radio, camera, torch etc

t290i should cost you about 3200/- or so...not sure about nokia 3200. its definitely costlier!

well the cheapest from my side is LG G3100 @Rs. <5000

having al good features
