Android mobile with Good Camera Under 16k

Guys Can you suggest me a good Android based phone with a decent Camera.
Budget is under 16k.

Increase your budget and go for Motorola Defy or wait till Samsung Galaxy Ace hit indian market.

I would rather wait for the Galaxy Ace (to be released as "Galaxy Cooper" in India) rather than buying the Defy with outdated OS.

Camera-wise I think defy is better, considering VGA video recording.

Defy has a larger screen, gorilla display & video recording at 30fps compared to 15fps of the Ace but its OS is old 2.1 (might be upgraded to 2.2 later) while Ace will come with 2.2 installed.

For me software specs matter more than hardware but you can have a different opinion.

Defy worth the extra 2.5-3k over Ace, till you ignore the outdated OS or ready to play with custom roms. also the resolution of Ace is low.

Ace is available now at flipkart.com for 15k. I can't understand how it was launched so early.
