Help me to decide between Desire and HD2

I am planning to buy another mobile.My budget is around 23k.
I cant decide between Desire and HD2

Desire: runs android, ubuntu. 576MB ram
HD2 runs: winmo 6.5, winphone 7,android, ubuntu. 448 MB ram..

all specs are almost same between the two
Does this small difference in ram make any difference?

Since you already have SGS, android wouldn't attract you (like before) and IMO new OS is great choice.
Though HTC HD2 is great but it's outdated (with window 6.5)

Why don't you consider win7 phones

Desire is definitely better. HD2 has bigger display but S-LCD on Desire is better. Also, Desire has more RAM and better battery life.
