Basic requirements (no more than 5), for example:

1. Price not more than $ 150 (Required!!)
2. Weight not over 100 gr.
3. Polyphony.
4. IR.
5. GPRS.
requirements (not more than 3), for example:
1.. Bluetooth.
2.. A lot of tunes.
3. Good note-book.
The second variant (the choice between 2 devices).
Requirements may include: size (specify limit values), weight, presence or absence of an external antenna, screen size, battery type and capacity, the availability of certain functions (IR, Bluetooth, GPRS, etc.).
